Through the
combination of various cleaning agents, our
carpet cleaners and carpet stain removers
have been developed to provide rapid
emulsification of soils and allow easy
removal of a wide variety of carpet and
fabric stains. Our carpet cleaners and
carpet stain removers can be used a
pre-spotters pre-sprays to improve any
cleaning application. In addition, they can
also be used as stand alone spot and stain
removers.
These multi-purpose cleaners utilize
emulsifying surfactants and wetting agents
to provide all purpose cleaning and
degreasing of hard and soft surfaces. The
unique combination of chemical components
produces rapid emulsification and allows
easy removal of a wide variety of carpet and
fabric stains also. They remove a variety of
soils from carpet, upholstery and fabric
without harming the substrate or leaving an
offending odor.
Our carpet cleaners and carpet stain
removers are water based formulas or water
emulsifiable solvent based formulas that
effectively clean dirt, grease, soot, fire
damage and filtration soil on carpet hard
surfaces and concrete.

Testimonials: I unpacked the chemical samples Sunday

really bad apartments I have coming up
this week. I will take some before and
after pictures and send them to you. I
did however use some of the spot
remover. I used it to remove some
asphalt in the doorway. It has a
pleasant smell and does not have that
typical heavy chemical smell to it. This
is a plus as I hate to come back over a
spot and extract it to remove the nasty
chemical smell. it did a really nice job
of removing the asphalt from the carpet,

 Application :carpet Stain Remover, Carpet Spot Remover, Carpet Pre-Spray: Once
applied properly, this non-toxic, biodegradable solution is
specially formulated to rapidly remove grease and dirt stains from a
variety of hard and soft surfaces; fabrics and carpet included. It
is also formulated for rapid drying after use and leaves no sticky
residue. This cleaner can be used to degrease, clean and/or remove
spots and stains from the following: walls, vinyl surfaces, floors,
tiles, tubs, ceilings, furniture, vents, equipment surfaces,
carpets, various fabrics and other surfaces. Solution emulsifies
stains caused by spills from food, soda, coffee, wine, kool-aid,
oil, etc.

can be worked into the carpet with a carpet rake or gentle brush.
For best results as a pre-spray, follow with hot water extraction
cleaning.

 Dilution
and Application:
Carpet Stain Remover 4285should be
diluted and applied as follows:
Mix or gently agitate the container of Carpet Stain Remover
4285prior to using.
Apply to carpet with a pump-up sprayer as a pre-spray. Allow at
least 5 minutes dwell time on the carpet prior to hot water
extraction.
Carpet Stain Remover 4285may also be used with portable or truck
mount hot water extraction cleaning units.
Equipment Mix Instructions
Pre-Spray 8 oz to 1 gal of water
Spot Remover 8 oz to 1 gal of water
Portable Extraction Unit 8 oz to 1 gal of water
Truck Mount Set rotometer at 16:1
mix ratio of water to concentrate. |
For general cleaning, spray directly on heavy-duty dirt. Do not
dilute. For light-duty cleaning, add 2-4 ounces to 1 quart water.
For carpet cleaning, vacuum loose dirt prior to use. Spray entire
stain completely. However, do not saturate. Blot gently with a
clean, damp, color-fast sponge or cloth. For fabric cleaning,
completely cover stain and rub in to penetrate. Launder with regular
detergent in warmest water fabric will accept. Re-apply and wash
again for tough stains.
For best results, treat stain while fresh and allow cleaner to set
3-5 minutes |
